Request a CD of the previous week's service please fill out and submit this form.
Due to the overwhelming requests we are only able to provide the previous week in hard copy. Please specify which service you would like (example: Wednesday evening)
If you would like the CD mailed to you please include your address, otherwise you may pick up your CD in the sound booth.
Single service CD's are $2 per copy for pick up, and single service CD's that are mailed out are $3 per copy due to shipping fees.
